Easy Home Entertainment ("we," "us") helps people find the fastest compatible home Internet and TV service for their address. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: full name, phone number, and email address.
• Your home address.
• Details about your current service: provider, plan, price, speed, contract or equipment status, number of people and devices, TV needs, mobile provider and number of lines, and your monthly budget.
• Your latest Internet or TV bill, if you choose to email it to us.
• Payment information is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To look up which services are available at your address and prepare your free preview and your full report.
• To contact you about your request by phone call, text message, or email, including sending your preview and report.
• To process your payment and keep business records.
• If you choose Verizon Fios, Frontier, or Verizon Home Internet, to process your order with that provider. For any other provider, we give you that provider's link so you can order directly with them.

Calls, texts, and email

When you submit our form and agree to be contacted, you give us permission to call, text, or email you at the number and address you provided about your request. If you choose Verizon Fios, Frontier, or Verizon Home Internet, we may also contact you to process your order and help you get set up. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to stop any contact by emailing Sales@easyhomeentertainment.com.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers that help us run the business, such as Google (forms, spreadsheets, email, and storage), Stripe (payments), and our website host; and, if you choose Verizon Fios, Frontier, or Verizon Home Internet, with that provider to process your order. We do not share your information with other agents. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How your order is placed

If you choose Verizon Fios, Frontier, or Verizon Home Internet, we process your order for you as a licensed agent for that brand. We send that provider the details needed to set up your service, such as your name, phone number, email address, home address, and the service you picked. We may contact you by phone call, text message, or email to complete your order and help you get set up.

If you choose any other provider, we give you that provider's own link so you can start your order directly with them. We do not send your information to that provider or to any other agent. Anything you enter on the provider's website is covered by that provider's own privacy policy.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information only as long as needed for your request and our business records. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing Sales@easyhomeentertainment.com, and we will respond promptly.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including access-controlled accounts, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
