How does it work?
You fill out our intake form with your address, current Internet/TV setup, and mobile provider. We research the compatible services available at your address and send you a free preview showing whether a better option exists. If you want the specifics, you can purchase the full report.
Is the preview really free?
Yes. The preview costs nothing and requires no payment information. You only pay if you choose to unlock the full report.
What information do you need?
Your service address, your current Internet provider and plan (and TV, if you'd like TV included), roughly what you pay now, and your mobile provider so we can check for related promos. The form walks you through it.
How does payment work?
After you receive your free preview, you can choose to purchase the full report for a one-time consultation and processing fee of $9.99. Payment is handled via Stripe, a secure payment processor. The $9.99 fee covers our consultation and processing, where we work out what is best for you financially and for your wants, so it is non-refundable. Your full report is delivered to you after payment.
How do you choose which provider to recommend?
We look at the services that actually reach your address and rank them by best fit for the speed you need, your budget, and what you told us matters to you, including promos tied to your mobile provider. You choose the option you want. If you pick Verizon Fios, Frontier, or Verizon Home Internet, we process your order for you as a licensed agent for that brand. For any other provider, we give you that provider's own link so you can start your order directly with them.
